  • Any damaged/defective/wrong item must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing team@shopwhimsycole.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damages or issues.


  • All items must be returned within 14 days of your order being fulfilled (local pick up) and within 14 days of being delivered (shipping). Any items being shipped back must be postmarked on/before the 14th day. Return shipping is not covered by Whimsy Cole.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free of smoke/perfume, pet dander, makeup/deodorant stains, and in its original packaging (this includes shoe boxes). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns will only be issued STORE CREDIT, no refunds.


  • Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards. This includes all items purchased on sale or with any discount or coupon codes. This also includes ALL jewelry, accessories, headbands, swim, and home decor. If you send any of these items back, you will not be refunded, and we will not ship these items back.


  • Customer will cover the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you received FREE SHIPPING on your order and then return the items, you will be credited MINUS the shipping charged we incurred on our end.


  • Because items sell through quickly, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a different size/color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.
